The Sims 4 have some of most awesome mods you can find and one the mods are “Ghost Can Have Babies ” mods.
I’m not sure why you want your townies ghost to have babies but now you can with this mod from PolarBearSims.
If you want my honest opinion I rather not my townies ghost get pregnant. They already inflict much horror to my sims without being one!
Installation is easy. Just go to your Documents/Electronic Arts/Mods/ and paste the file in there.
